Commonly confused words test

I’m notoriously bad for thinking too fast for my own typing skills… and then not proofreading. I’m particularly bad for typing the wrong homonyms for things. Like There, They’re, and Their.

Well, Bound By Gravity linked up an English Grammar test that pinpoints exactly my issue.

Apparently, I’d be make a pretty dern alright English master if I actually proofreaded my stuff.

It says I’m an “English Genuis”… scored 93%, 86%, 93%, 83% on the Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert tests respectively!

There were 10 questions in each section, 40 in total.

The test exclaims:

You did so extremely well, even I can’t find a word to describe your excellence! You have the uncommon intelligence necessary to understand things that most people don’t. You have an extensive vocabulary, and you’re not afraid to use it properly!

Now if only I wasn’t so darn lazy and proofread my writing! 😉
